1. Don't touch pimple
It is annoying when you find a pimple, on your face especially. However, it may get worse if you touch it because your hands may contain bacteria. It may also get torn or popped, which may get you infected! So, we recommend you not to touch pimple even though it may get you annoyed.
2. Drink plenty of water
It is known that water constitutes more than 70 percent of body, and drinking water hydrates entire body and provides essential minerals. It also helps facial skin hydration and may soothe skin.
3. Try to avoid stress
Stressfulness affects health of skin and may cause pimples and other troubles. Many people finds more acne on their face when they are stressed out. It is hard to live without stress, but try to live happy and think positive! :)
4. Deep cleanse by exfoliating once a week
Dried or dead cells are usually accumulated under skin surface and get removed gradually, but this takes longer and may affect skin texture. By exfoliating, it will remove those cells and make smooth-looking face. However, do not exfoliate more than once a week because it may hurt healthy cells.
5. Sleep enough

7. Use sunscreen before going out
Sometimes, people forget to put sunscreen on. However, UV from sun could harm your skin and may increase freckles. Don't forget to put sunscreen on before going out, and reapply every 2 hours if you are exposed to sunlight. Also, make sure to cleanse and wash well after applying sunscreen.
8. Eat healthy foods
It is obvious that nutrition is important for your body, and it is also important for your skin. Especially, minerals and vitamins are very important for healthy, smooth, and better skin. Try to avoid instant foods, too much sodium, and too much sugar.
9. Limit time for bath or shower
We need essential oil to protect our face from dried skin. Long time in bath (or shower), especially with hot water, could take moisture from skin and may make your skin dried. Try to limit bath time to 30 minutes.
